Northwinds was a apartment complex that i always heard about. I heard the rent was affordable so i came to check it out. When i came they showed me a newly remodeled apartment, nice and clean. I came to sighn my lease and they had switched apartments on me. I told them no and they gave another apartment. I got one that was dirty and smelly, and didnt take that one either. Over all I looked at 3 apartments and settled for the 3rd one and was still not happy. They moved me on the section 8 side and i wanted to live on the nice side with honest working people. There is a good side to northwinds but the thugs live on my side. The 1st week it rained in my apartment. I called maintance they came and spayed it, left a note said they will be back to paint. 2 weeks go bye and no maintance, so i called the office and they said it was no WORK ORDER for my apaprtment. I was mad and pissed off. Also my carpet keeps shedding, my stove is broke, my sink is loud, ------ wont go to sleep at night. Too many kids running around in traffic with diapers on, children communicating threats. The hallways stink and my neighbor always leaves his shoes in the hallway. I been here 4 3months and cant wait til 3 more months til my lease is up. 9/5/2007
