I have lived in Pepperstone for 1 year. I cannot wait until my lease is up. The property management stinks. The hall lights in the common areas are constantly out. The security gate is always broke. My neighbors are loud and are constantly drinking in the hallways. Management never comes out of the office to tour the complex. There are children constantly playing ball around cars and management never says anything! I have filed complaint after complaint to no avail. Don't waste your money or time.
