Overall, the apartment complex is ok. However, if you dont enjoy the subtle scent of feline urination in the carpet and the heavy sound of booming bass at 2:00 am, then this place is probably not for you. Although you can attempt to make a complaint to the office, the staff is usually too busy (or indifferent) to take action. You cant forget the sleepless nights when the neighbors above you vigorously test the strength of their matress springs while you are forced to lay right below their bed and listen, praying you can get back to sleep before your 8:00 exam the next morning.
On the other hand, the landscaping and maintenance staff are very helpful and keep the environment safe and pleasant.
