I can't wait until my 1 year is up! When the other person who reviewed said the up-scale ghetto, they weren't kidding. The apartments themselves are nice and big for what you pay, but the surrounding area isn't so great. Cars are broken into just about every week around here and the lovely sounds of gun fire are always nice to hear while watching tv. Maintenance is great but the manager seems to care less. The pool is nice too. Another bad thing though is parking. It sucks! It's never a good sign when you're afraid to come home too late b/c you worry about getting a space not by the woods for fear of your car getting broken into. And those "tile floors" mentioned by someone don't really exist. They come up with your feet if you stand in one spot too long b/c they are just peel and stick flooring.
