I love Princeton Terrace and all that it has to offer. Those of you who have negative comments are probably the residents who are somehow violating the lease and the manager or maintenance staff has caught up with you.
The maintenace staff is excellent and takes care of all needs quickly. The manager is very nice and goes out of her way to make sure everyone is happy here. She always stays late in the evenings so that she can be more accessible to the residents coming home from work.Our connection with the Police Dept thru our Courtesy Officer has been a blessing. Our car break-in ratings have dropped 80% since the apartments first opened up. I can go on and on about the improvements made to Princeton Terrace. I rate this complex the best in Greensboro by far.
