I lived in princeton terrace for two years. At first the maintenance was okay. After several managers and changes in maintenance staff, the complex began to go down. The hallways were not kept clean,ammenities that were suppose to be in place did not function properly,I lived with a hole in my bedroom ceiling for almost nine months. I had severe mold and mildew in the second bedroom which caused me to loose the majority of my belongimgs in the closet.Princeton Terrace did not want to take responsibility for the problem. I had to move to another apartment quickly because the smell was very strong. Princeton terrace did not pay my moving expenses, doctor bills, time out of work for moving or for becomung sick from the mold and mildew.Princeton Terrace management was rude and uncaring toward this situation. I will tell everyone that have problems with this complex to write a review. There are several tenants that are dissatisfied and moved out.I do not recommend this apartment to anyone. And by the way,I have never been late on my rent.
