Priced well, maintenance needs improvement

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
Good:
- Pricing is good relative to other apartments in the area.
- Townhouse-style apartment is spacious
Not so good:
- Maintenance is very slow, and often requires several calls to get things fixed. Some things I have given up on when it seems my requests are ignored. Also, they do not leave work orders when finished, so you can't tell what's been done if you're not home at the time.
- Grounds are so-so. More care should be taken to keep bushes trimmed, parking lot clean, etc.
