I have no problem getting maintience to fix things. I think the residents need to realize that the manager is the only fulltime person in the office.Most apartment communities have anywhere from 2 to 6. So what if she has a soft spot for animals would you rather see them starve.

i really like to read all reviews before i summit an application. this review here,sounds like you are a manager and wrote this. i really need to here from real tenants. its so easy to come on the grounds and talk to someone in person. People are always willing to tell the truth. luckily the reviews posted are old.. You managers should never pose as tenants. Word of mouth is always good. A lot of people use this as a reliable tool to make decisions on where to live. i hate to get locked into a lease and have to worry about my safety, rude staff, inconsiderate neighbors, etc...no place is going to be 100% great..but my safety is my number one concerns...
