I have been a faithful and attentive tenant since 2007. My roommate and I have been really good renters. Betty Poulin (manager) walks all college students and treats us very VERY poorly. Rent is outrageous considering how poorly the apartments are managed. I have several issues with this place. First, their "on site manager" who is supposed to be here whenever we need him....never here. EVER. The most he will do is call you back the following day and ask if your okay. That is if your lucky. Secondly, the shrubs lining the parking lot make it invisible form the road...which makes it easy for crack heads and rapists to get to you. Oh did I throw in that people get robbed all the time' Small detail. Thirdly, the apartments are so old and not kept up. They are falling apart and they do not care. Fourthly, the noise is horrible. Parties all the time....making the hallway in the main building smell like urine, beer and throw up. Nice to come home to and pay top dollar for right' And dont worry about getting your deposit back either...you wont. They'll make up something to keep it. Never move here.
