Wow! I shocked and saddened to read such a disturbing experience by the tenant at Summertree Apartment. I have lived at this property on two separate occasions and have only experienced a friendly, professional staff. When I initially relocated to Greensboro from Florida I must say that the management team really helped make my transition into the area much easier.

Whenever I had maintenance issues or requests they were always met in a timely, professional manner. In fact, prior to my second move back to the Carolinas I contacted management because I was very pleased with my first stay at Summertree. I enjoyed the convenience, comfort and affordability of the apartments. As far as noise, I can only recall of one incident where someone in the complex had a party on a Saturday, but they were polite and informed me in advance that they were having a party and even invited me over. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for comfortability, affordability and a great management team.
