Positive Points:
1. Peaceful environment
2. Safe for children to play (plenty of space)
3. Very clean and groomed landscape
4. Timely response to maint. requests
5. Loyalty rewards
Negative Points:
1. Bulidings falling apart (steps, cracked walls, poor window seals, crappy patchwork for all of the above)
2. Pool water is never changed (they just go overkill on bleaching it)
3. Excersize room equipment is always broken
4. Rent is too high for the quality of apartments
I lived at TM for 2 years and in that time it has been a quiet, peaceful stay. One negative thing that I can't get over is that when a neighbor purchased a basketball hoop as a gift for their son, managment made them get rid of it claiming "it will bring a negative element" to the complex. That angered a lot of parents especially ones who understood the element they say is negative.
