I am telling you that if you do not like hearing your neighbors, and have shady charters always lurking around, you should not live hear and yes the apartments are falling apart and it is BAD!!!!! I will not renew my lease

I believe you are one of those people who doesn't follow the rules and that is why you have put in this review. Obviously you can not see a good thing when its in front of you. I've been here a long time and I will continue to live here as long as apartment living suits my needs. A very content resident.
