I have lived here at Terrace Mews Townhomes for four years now. I love it here. The only issue I ever had was finding a good roommate. Marian and Steve (the maintence guy) are the most wonderful, friendly, helpful people. The floor plans are great, I currenly moved up to a three bedroom, two and a half bath, from a two bedroom, two and a half bath and I really enjoy all the extra space. The kitchen and living room are just a touch smaller than the two bedroom townhouses, but the the third floor and attic are GREAT! We finally got rid of some weirdo neighbors, but now that there are regular/quite people beside us it is all the better. The grounds are kept in tip top shape thanks to Steve and the professional lawncare people that come out weekly. If there is ever anything broken or you just need help hanging something, Steve comes to fix it the next day! I have never had a safety issue here, except my bike was stolen three years ago. But there are little brats running around here sometimes. The noise level with neighbors is not that bad. I rarely hear them. The parking is usually fine, but on the back row, parking seems to be an issue with the three bedrooms. I sometimes have to park two or three units away just to get a spot. But with the two bedrooms, I never had an issue, unless someone was having a party.
