I've lived at Terrace Mews for two years now. The only reason I'm not staying is I bought a house. The past two years have been great. Any time I've had a problem in my townhome it has been addressed promptly and effectively. The staff here is part of the reason it has been a pleasure to call Terrance Mews home for the past two years. I know there are pro's and con's to appartment living but can honestly say that you get what you pay for. The prices here are a little higher than the cheaper parts of town, but the location is central to almost anything you could want. Kids in the neighborhood are generally nice and respectful of property, the only instance I can remember was quickly addressed by the property manager. I've paid more for an appartment in a larger city and can say honestly it was not as good as Terrace Mews. All-in-all, it's been a nice two years and aside from buying this home, would continue renting here. Home this helps, Cheers!
