I have lived at Terrace Mews for six months. My toddler and I live in one of the spacious two bedrooms apartments. The lay out and landscaping create a neighborhood atmosphere. I find the other tenants to be friendly and respectful. It is a common experience to see neighbors walking their dogs, playing catch with their children, or just out for a stroll. We have been to the pool a number of times and the children are polite and play together well are very careful around my tiny tot.

The management and maintenance staff here are superb. The response to a maintenance call is immediate. Steve, the head of maintenance even helped us baby proof the apartment! The office called me at work to ask permission to leave a "package" in my apartment, I received flowers for Valentines Day and they wanted to ensure I got them and didn't ruin the surprise!

So far it has been an exceptional experience in apartment living.
