1. Beautiful Landscaping. People who don't live here come to look at the floral displays. Also, cool fountain in pool during winter.
2. NO RECYCLING!!!! And only 1 trash compactor. If you live far from the dumpster (most apartments are) your car becomes a trash truck!!!
3. Stairs for upstairs apartments take up a lot of square footage and your friends will make fun of you for having them.
4. LOTS AND LOTS OF KIDS!! Beware of the pool during the summer. They are also fond of playing in the open parking spots.
5. NO CODE FOR THE GATE. So if you go out with someone else and forget your card/remote to get back you are SOL!!! Good Luck hopping the fence.
6. Left turn out of apartment complex is dangerous at certain times of day. This road is busy, crowded and 45 mph speed limit.
7. Not a very social community (unless you have kids), if you're looking to meet your neighbors and make new friends, don't move here.
8. Often difficult for FED EX or UPS to get in the gate if you're note home, so you may never know if you got a package.
9. Apartment interiors are nice but they won't blow your mind. Kitchen appliances and cabinets are white. Showers/Tubs in bathrooms are tile.
10. If your deck faces the side you are extremely close to your neighbors. No private conversations out there.
11. Office staff is very nice. Convenient office hours.
12. Exercise bike in the gym is permanently broken.

I live here too and I experience the EXACT same problems. You broke it down to a T. Great review. The only thins is I disagree about the office staff. How do you get to know them I've lived here for 2 1/2 years and they have had a rotating door in there. No ever stays long enough to say if ther're nice or not.
