I have lived at the Grove for 2 years and enjoyed it quite a bit. Unlike lots of apts in Greensboro, I feel safe here. Only problems I had were upon moving in, the apartment was not cleaned well (found belongings of previous tenants actually) and the carpet was not replaced even though there was a dog in the apartment before, obvious by the hair still in the carpet. The office staff has been very pleasant, the grounds are beautiful, and I love my apartment. Overall, I would stay here until I purchased a home. Great location as well!
