My biggest beef is with the management. We applied over 5 months before we wanted to move in. After being told we would be contacted closer to move in, we never heard. Thank goodness we called about a month out, because they only had 1 apt left and were never going to call us. We had been "misplaced" and the manager was no longer there. Staff turnover is huge! They also lost a package after signing for it!!
Do NOT let the gates fool you. I have lived here several months and THE GATES HAVE NOT WORKED A SINGLE DAY!! So do not let this "safety feature" fool you, as it is useless. I was told at movein it would be up and repaired in 2 weeks; it's 16 weeks later - still not working!!
Many times I will ask the staff or maintenance for something and if it is responded to it is not done right most of the time. The hours they are open are among the least of any place I have ever lived!!!!
They were just bought out, so this could cause bigger problems.
If you can put up with staff that are unorganized, careless, never there, and unreliable, then the apartment itself is okay (even though it is noisy).
