My experience has been great. The grove is now Arbors and the staff is excellent. There have been several times were I have called management with a minor problem and it was fixed within the same day. The neighbors are very friendly. I would recommend the apts. to my friends

I'd love to know which building you live in. I live at the Arbors as well; my neighbors are rude, loud, and lack parenting skills. Both to their children and their pets. I will say maintenance is good. While they've never fixed anything the same day, they usually do the day after you call. The managers are rude and very unhelpful. Dealing with them is a job within itself. I've lived here for over and year and am not sure if I will renew or move. Apartments living is so dependent on your neighbors (which you can't control) and the owners/manager (which you also can't control). I complain but I'm sure it's the same everywhere.
