I have lived here for a while and I do not remember a time that the manager, Scott, did not have a discrimination lawsuit. Unbelievable! Another resident had a flood in their apt and the manager made them pay for the damages. That very same resident paid a pet deposit when they moved in years ago. The manager told them that they didn't pay years later and is now requiring that very same deposit. Why does this resident have to pay it twice'' Discrimination. Completely unfair.
