Over Priced and Rude!

I lived there for 1 year. My rent was outrageous for a 1 bedroom. Parking became a HUGE issue toward the end of my stay. The first lady I dealt with was very nice and helpful but the manager now is just down right rude and doesn't have a clue as to what is going on with anything. Maint. was always on time and very nice but with the high prices and rudeness this is not a good place to live. Oh, did I mention that they DO NOT have a pool, tennis courts, volleyball courts, etc. but expect the highest rent in the area!!!

I will agree that the lead maintenance guy is really cool. The newer dude that works with him, eh, not so much. I also have issue with the fact that they never leave notices on the door when they have been in your apartment doing work (requested by me or not). Obviously I am mistaken, but I truly thought that was required by state laws. At least everywhere else I have lived in displayed that simple courtesy. It makes me really uncomfortable to know that they have probably been in my apartment before and I didn't even know it.
