Hi, I have visited at least 15 different apartment communities in Greensboro. Having said that, the nicest and most genuine manager I have come across is the manager of The Lodge at Lakeshore. Going to check on new apartment communities is supposed to be like an adventure, something fun to do. This is not always the case, I have learned. I have been to several communities where they put you off on to someone else in the office just to take a phone call or they act like you are bothering them when you come into their leasing office. But at the Lodge, there was quite a difference. the manager welcomed me to the property and treated me like a guest, instead of a bother. She was very professional and cordial which was a welcome relief after the way I had been treated at several other big name apartment properties in the Greensboro area, some even in the nearby vicinity on Bridford Parkway. The apartment she showed me was very nice and clean and new. I can tell that she knows how to manage a property. She is a very dedicated manager who cares about her tenants and prospective ones like myself. I am planning on moving to this property in the near future when my current lease expires at another community.
This property does not have a pool, this is true, but it has a beautiful lake, with trees and a nature trail and a beautiful office which is a restored cabin. Even if you are not looking for a new home, you should definitely stop by and see this very beautiful property. You will not find another one like it, believe me I thought my search would never end, until I came across this beautiful community called The Lodge at Lakeshore.

------, it's SO SAD that you have to write your own apartment ratings in order to make yourself look good. If they only knew what you are really up to and how two faced you are they wouldn't believe a word that comes out of your mouth. You better hope no one ever looks to deep...

It's really sad that anyone has the time to sit at home and write poor reviews about someone they apparently have no knowledge of. The fact that you listed names shows how petty you are and that your intentions are strictly out of anger or jealousy.

Having been the one who wrote the above review of the property, it is sad that he or she would think that the apartment manager wrote the review of the property. He or she needs to wake up and smell the roses and enjoy the beauty of nature at the Lodge. My name is Cecil and I wrote my own review of the lodge which I did after traveling to 15 different properties. This property has one of the best managers that Greensboro has and Signature Properties should be very glad to have this manager. She is an asset to their team. Some of their other managers could learn from this one. Because at 1 of their other properties I was not treated as well. After you have visited 15 or more properties as I have then you might understand how I feel.

My biggest reason to call bull crap on the original post is your statement of, "Going to check on new apartment communities is supposed to be like an adventure, something fun to do." Are you kidding me. No one enjoys looking for apartments. This post is clearly from a property manager. Oh and there is no "beauty of nature" at the lodge, more like buzzing of mosquitoes.

Wait a sec- short of "Cecil" outting himself, who else's names were listed there? You can't accuse someone of being petty for something they didn't do, buddy. and I'm sorry, I agree with that last poster. "beauty of nature" my butt. Cecil, do you actually LIVE here?!
