Well I will start off by saying I read the other reviews and it is true the rent is a little expensive, but that what you get when they give you two or three months free. I knew what the rent was before I moved in if you complain about the rent its your own fault. And as far as the parking I used to live in four other apartment complexs in Greensboro and this wasn't the best parking but it wasn't that bad and they gave us more parking spots recently. As far as the manager goes I dont know about the others but I felt the previous manager really didn't care all that much, but ------ ------, I think thats the right spelling, is a great property manager. I am a college student and my mom pays my rent but when I can I pay my own rent and something came up where I had to ask for a day or two past the 11th so I could pay the rent myself b/c if mom paid it, there would be a hour conversation about responsibility or something, but she was understanding and gave me the extra days plus my mom didn't yell at me. So I will say that I love the scenery here in my neighborhood and the people. ------ the head maintenance man is the best too, I also feel from him that he cares about his tenants, everytime I see him he has a smile on his face and always gives good conversation. For those who didn't like this neighborhood is probably those who bit off more than they can chew rent wise. Overall I like this neighborhood a lot.

Again, the office needs to stop writing their own reviews and trying to make it sound like someone that REALLY lives here! Take my advise because I DO live here and this is crazy, don't believe this one either!

Please take this spoiled little girls/boys post with a grain of salt. According to the post this is the 5th complex (they said they had been in 4 others) and mom is still paying the rent. Come on, Grow up!
Oh and yes they did just give us more parking. The new spaces are barely big enough for compact cars. Trucks and SUV's if parked perfectly have a couple inches on each side, barely enough room to open the door.
Scenery is such a loose word. Lets discuss the "scenery." We have a swamp and construction with no noise barrier which I was told would be built before the construction continued.

Oh arent you precious, your mommy still pays your rent for you. Must be nice. :-) When you grow up and join the ranks of us who actually WORKED our way through school, THEN I will take ANYTHING you say seriously. Until then, go home and get breastfed.
And hey last poster, I was told we were getting those noise barriers too. WTF?! I moved in around June and was told they would be built "any time now." Uh huh.
