The new management here is just horrible. I could go on forever about the water, them coming in your apartment unannounced, parking, scenery, prices. But I wont. In simple terms...Greensboro has way better apartment complexes with better amenities, cheaper rent and much friendlier property managers who know how to run an apartment complex.

i likes the staff, it just keeps changing..so people are not used to all the new people in there ery month
