This place is a bad deal people. Don't move here, seriously. I have been let down from day one.
There is dog poop and goose poop everywhere you step. I have ruined several nice pairs of shoes already cause of all the crap laying EVERYWHERE.
The noise from bass in the parking lot is absurd. Who really needs their music so loud that I can hear every word in excrutiating detail from the 3rd floor'
The apartments are so cheaply constructed that there is no privacy from your neighbors. You hear them all the time, and you know they hear you. Hope you don't have any secrets to keep.
I echo the others in my frustration with the water situation. It blows my mind.
I've also had issue with maintenance trying to come in unannounced and not leaving notices after they have been inside. I seriously thought my place was broken into one day b/c stuff was different when I got home cause I live alone.
There is nothing charming or rustic or cute about this place. This is not "back to nature." This is hell.

So have you ever called the police about the noise? And how long have you lived in NC bc everywhere i turn there is an efing goose.
