I LOVE living here. I can get anywhere quick. It only takes me 6 mins to get to work. If I want to shop or eat its right around the corner. I love this place. The manager ------- is so nice. She takes care of my needs and I am so glad we have someone who really cares about us. It makes me happy to know that when I tell her something she handles it. You could not pick a better site to live at. We are new and right in the heart of Greensboro. As far as the others comments you are going to hear noise anywhere you live. If its your nieghors or something let Ms. James Know and she will fix it. Since she got here I have no complaints.

This is clearly a post by the new manager. No one ever rates everything a 5, oh yeah there is a 4 on noise. There are buildings that have 1 parking space per every other unit but parking was rated a 5? The grounds are littered with dog and goose shi$ and grounds were rated a 5 too. Safety? Contact the local police to get a report on the number of reports for vandalization on cars. Oh did I mention the new fence from where someone set the dumpster on fire. Yeah sounds like safety should be a 5. Read all the reviews and hopefully you will see through this post.
