I have been living here at Lodge at Lakeshore for going on 8 months now and I love it. This is not my first encounter with Signature Property Group. They have always been nice and courteous to me and I appreciate that. I like the fact that when you need something do it doesn t take days. I also like the get togethers they have so that you can meet your neighbors. In addition, every one around is son friendly. I am enjoying my stay here!

Wow you sound mad, I am sorry your stay was not enjoyable, but at the same time you have not said why. Everyone here doesn't have a problem. For the majority of the neighbors I see I have not heard a problem and I know a few. I have been dealing with signature for almost 2years and when I say I had no problem I had no problem. By the way I am a real tenant!

Real Tenant, I agree with the post from 4/16. I have dealt with Signature Properties just as long as you have and quality is not a priority here. It has not been positive experience. The construction is shoddy, the walls are thin, there have been mix ups where I was told I did not make payments and because I insist of copies of everything I was able to prove management wrong. I have heard others complain about car break-ins as well.
