This apartment complex does have good features, but it also has its pit falls, as well. It is in a relatively quiet neighborhood, the buildings are set pretty far apart from each other. The office staff is friendly; however, though the prices seem low, the buildings are old, and the wiring is probably acceptable, though questionable. Many of the light fixtures flicker, especially when the washer or dryer is on. The stoves, though "full-size" have extremely small ovens... some pans won't fit in them! Recently they have begun to charge 8.25 (without proof of cost)
to charge for garbage pick-up and the montly service charge for the water meter runs around $6.00!!!!
As for mail, the boxes are old, and packages are taken into the office. I ordered a package via USPS in August, went to the office to see if it had arrived. They told me that I did not have a package AND in November!!! they have found the package in the office - postmarked in August. *utter disgust - especially since I did NOT sign the package release form for it to even be delivered there.
One last thing- when you are applying to live here you have to sign, almost literally, a million papers - and I didn't recieve a copy of anything but the lease - not even my mailbox number (they do not match with the apartment numbers).
Anyway, it could be worth your trouble, if it is what you are looking for.
