Mold repeatedly grew through the wall in my downstairs bathroom while I lived there. They should have cut out a piece of the drywall so they could see what was in the wall. Then followed whatever the proper procedure is to get rid of the mold inside the wall. Instead they just sprayed bleach on the spot and painted over it every time it grew back. I could go on and on about how much that place sucks. Ill just say this, stay away!

When it keeps growing back then obviously something else needs to be done. Maybe you should check into reading about some common sense.
