I've lived in many apartments throughout my life, and I have found that treybrook here in greensboro is for the most part not so bad. I have not noticed any trash problems as perviously noted, nor any difficulties with vandalism or locks.

However, the complex as a whole was not well built. The wooden stairs between apartments creak VERY loudly no matter the size of the person on them. In addition, lots of noise comes through the wall/ceiling/floor from other apartments... much much more than I am used to.

The security gate is a joke.

The management has always been very nice and courtious.

I've never felt unsafe here, however I have no intentions of renewing my lease.
