We cannot wait to move out of this hole. Heres why:
There is trash everywhere, the "security" gates are never in use, the laundry room door has never had a security lock that wasn't broken within a day, the parking lot light cuts out every 15 minutes, 4 out of 5 cars that drive through the complex are blasting their car stereos/thumping bass regardless of time of day, the exercise machines have been busted for over two years, the trash dumpsters are always overflowing, most neighbors are inconsiderate and don't follow basic safety regulations such as not barbecuing on a wooden deck, there's a new management staff every six months,...just to name a "few" reasons. I wish I was making this stuff up, but unfortunately, it is all true. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this trash heap!
