I lived in Treybrooke for two years. The first year was excellent, nice, and peaceful.The square footage was worth the price.The only thing I would of changed would have been to include the cable or at least the water. Then after they started to accept alot of section 8 residents there were too many KIDS!!!! Trash was every where, they didn't respect you, and was TOO LOUD, like right outside your window. So now I think the prices are extermely too high for all your getting ( Refering too the problems that are there now) But in my opinion if you are okay with "THE PROJECTS" then you will like living in Treybrooke AKA Projects.
