I did a sublease here for 2 months--and in 2 months I absolutely hated the place. Mind you that i've said 2 MONTHS!! Within my first 2 weeks here, my sink was clogging up, the air conditioner didn't work for atleast 4-5 days, my toilet began flushing on its own and it would keep doing it continuously for 2 days, there was no hot water for about 3 days! Everytime I had a problem, I was always told--"We'll try to get someone to work on it for you" LIES..

Then there is the gnat problem. I take out my trash constantly and I keep my room clean, yet I am constantly killing 20 or more gnats a day--it's really ridiculous, and when I called and asked did they have anything they could do to get rid of them, they said "no not really".

One last thing is, the place is not secure at all!!!!!! For one, the back door has been unlocked for a month or so now--and i've asked the front desk when will it be fixed and they said soon...Ummmm wth'' How soon is soon' And one night, I came in from hanging out with my friends--i saw some random car sitting in the driveway with no lights on..so i called the front desk and asked for security so that i could have someone escort me to the door---the security guard had the nerve to sigh and ask me "Can't u just walk in by yourself'"

Basically, I stayed here just so I could save a thousand dollars instead of staying on campus at summer school. Based on the load of problems I had, I would have been better off staying on campus.

You can hear the person next door to you when their toilet flushes, or when they are taking a shower--people love to stay on the balconies talking loud as ever in the weeeee hours of the morning--I know at 5am it sounded like sumone was having a party out there once.

The wireless service suckkkksss too. And the channels are satellite, not cable--so if nickelodeon or abc fam are channels you enjoy, you won't be getting them here! Funny thing about this place is, they keep asking me do I want to renew my lease---HECKK NO!

Ok, I have to say this review is ridiculous. To anyone reading this please take it with a grain of salt. You say you live in a building inhabited by college kids and people are having late night parties? Well golly, I've never heard of such a thing. And you can't get Nickelodeon? Oh no, what will I do without my daily dose of Sponge Bob?? And the biggest thing is I'm actually reading this with a friend who's lived here for almost a year, they remember the AC and water issues, and they lasted 1-2 days not 4-5. It seems like this person hasn't stayed in college housing before if you ask me.

---i've stayed in this place for only 2 mths--and i've had more than enough problems...I can't imagine how many problems one would encounter staying here a full year---bet there will be no heat when the winter comes! or the hot water won't work...LMAO..enjoy it since you love it so much! and trust me, the water and ac problems lasted way more than 2 days. No one throws 5am parties, like seriously--they may party till 5am, but who starts one at that time? I've lived in campus housing as well as on campus--therefore, I know what i'm talking about. And I happen to enjoy Nick @ Nite shows, not the cartoons!
