I was unsure about renewing my lease with University Square at the beginning of the summer; there were building issues that were not being addressed in a timely fashion. In recent weeks, the owner has committed to being a strong presence on property and I have seen results and positive improvements. The management has been notifying residents about upcoming additions and improvements; I am now an informed resident. I would recommend it to other college students in the area because of it's close proximity to universities and downtown hot spots. I have enjoyed calling the Square my home and look forward to staying here.
