I've lived here at the square for a little over 2 years now...before that I had a friend here that I would visit. There's no way I would have lived here when he did.....but when I saw how things looked after the remodeling I decided to sign a lease. The square isn't anything really fancy....but it's close to campus and it doesn't kill my budget. After my rent is paid, the only thing left is my cell phone bill and what I want to eat. The staff has always be nice to me....when my financial aid didn't come through on time...instead of evicting me immediately they set up a meeting and talked with me and again spared my budget. We worked out a payment plan and when my financial aid refund did come I came in and caught up. There are a few little things here and there that come up....but once it's brought up it is fixed pretty quickly. I just renewed my lease for the upcoming year. They had a special running which lowered the price a bit for me. Overall I think this is a pretty good place to live.
