I moved in in around August, right before things really hit the fan. Luckily I had not opted to live in one of the overly expensive student apartments that jack up the prices and cap off your utilities. USquare was a very great price for me and just across from my campus. When things got bad I still had coin in my pocket that I could use fro better things than paying for things already covered in my lease. I'm really glad that I moved in here. Just the other day I was having some trouble with moving some things up to my room from back home when one of the people from the front desk came up to help me move somethings up to my room. They are getting the pool up and running and have a lot of new events for the residents! All the stress that my other freinds are going through with their more overpriced housing has not even been on my shoulders. I would deffently recomend the Square right now.

I think it's funny that right at the beginning of the summer there has been a positive post about this place almost every day. Looks to me like the staff is posting trying to get their rating up before summer prospects start looking for housing.

Not just positive but all maxed out rating across the board... sad, really. This place is a dump and the staff, while often nice, don't really care because problems rarely, if ever, get resolved without a great deal of hassle.
