University Square is ok. I was at another student housing complex last year. I really enjoyed it there up until the end of my lease. My roommates failed out of school and skipped on me. The way the lease was set up I was responsible for either finding two new roommates or for covering their lease cost!! Not only that, but we went over our allotment for utilities a couple of times too. These were concerns when I started looking for a new place. Here at the Square, if my roommate leaves, my rent stays the same. No matter how much power or water we use .my rent stays the same. Like I said, the other place was nice, but it s the little things that I don t have to worry about anymore that make the difference here.
