I just graduated from UNCG and I lived in UV my senior year. Its a nice place as far as looks (despite cheap furniture): its basically new so the cabinets, microwaves, and other appliances are ver nice, as well as the bathrooms. But, it is a student community, it has CA's, paper thin walls, constant partying and just noise ALL the time. I've never ever had an issue with management, they were always very nice. There are laundry units in the apt, which was the best. I've never felt unsafe there, as far as my car or anything, and I've never had any parking issued. Also, it is pretty cheap because it does individual rent. All in all, if you don't mind a little noise and college student annoyances, its a great place to be.
