The management is terrible and does not seem to care half the time when there is a problem or issue. For instance, many complaints have been made, including my own, concerning dogs being off-leash. Well, a month later there has been no note concerning the issue and some people are still letting their dogs off-leash. I have a small dog and have been charged at by large dogs 4 times and attacked once. Greensboro has a leash law and the apt. complex makes you sign a lease that says you must keep your dog on a leash at all times.

The management does not seem to care about the tenants, tenants children or their dog's safety. I now have to find other places to walk my dog because of safety issues.

Lately there has been some vandalism to cars. We received a note but I do not see the apt. complex taking any precautions. They could send a security car around occasionally.

Noise is also an issue. There seems to be no insulation between the floors. You can hear the person above you when they walk around. The boards creak in several places.
