Hmm ... Where should I start' Well, the water is very hard. My toilet constantly had a pretty pink ring around it no matter how often you clean it, my shower had the same pink rings everywhere. The water is un-drinkable and very cloudy, plan to buy bottled water to drink.

In the summer months you should expect ants everywhere, with no end in sight till winter and I was not on the ground floor.

I had a wonderful view of the ghetto behind me. I used to love sitting up all night long listening to the "booming systems" riding through the parking lot as well as the ghetto (very serene). After a restful night?s sleep, I would have a weekly 7am wake-up call from the Mexican ground crew?s blowers and mowers. I loved walking out to my car to see how creative they were when they decorated it with grass clippings.

Plan to fight for a parking space. Handicap parking ONLY is never enforced.

The walls are not well insulated. You will always know who is coming and going as well as what they watch on TV. I used to have Ike & Tina Turner as my upstairs neighbors (which I complained about often, only to be told that they were going through a divorce and moving in a month anyway). I think Ike also had a 70-80lb. dog that loved to run and play.

Gated community' not hardly ... the gates are constantly broken in the open (up) position.

It is common to find obstructions in an already narrow walk-way leading to the apt doors. Apparently it is against fire code, just not enforced.
