I mean that Waterford reeks in the most literal sense of the word! For the last 2 weeks I have been trying to avoid the stench leaving my apartment and coming home there is trash in the hallway going to my apartment. I have neighbors who constantly leave their trash beside their door - how nasty not to mention that this draws bugs and stray animals. I have called the office every day to complain only to be put off and ignored but today I got a note in the mail saying I need to come in and sign a lease for another year(ha-ha) I would not recommend this place to anyone! I am not surprised that the staff hasn't responded to this issue because they don't respond to anything else either! Avoid living here.
