I have lived at Waterford Place for a while and I have had no problems. I live on the third floor and I love it! Yes, there are wooden steps, but differnt ppl have differnt tolerance levels of noise, and I've never been bothered by people walking up and down steps. The staff has changed over the past couple of years, and the current one is great and very proffesional. All of my very service requests have been fulfilled right away and I love being able to walk my dog in the evening and talk to my other neighbors. Everyone so far as been polite and wonderful.
The water is considered 'hard water' but its not dirty! Sure, if you dont flush your toilet everyday, its going to accumulate a ring, and I suggest a water filter, but I think that should be for everywhere you go. Its not brown or anything when you look thru a glass water. Most of the people on here that have complained are just complainers, and there are obviously the type of people who cant be pleased. If you want perfection, build yourself a house. You are renting this place, not buying it!
There is ample parking and a great community. It is pricey, but you get what you pay for. It has been great so far!
