Ok, but too expensive

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
I was a two year resident, never payed the rent late, quiet, and respective of others.

When it came time to renew, the rent increased by 10% and they were unwilling to budge! All that, even though there were vacancies in every building and the housing interest rates were at an all-time low.
