	If you get a check for $550.00 or $600.00 you can get in! They tell you you need to have good credit, good criminal background and make 3 time the rent. THIS ISN'T TRUE. They let anybody in!!!!!!!!!

	ANGIE AND JAMES SEEM CARELESS WHEN IT COMES TO SEVERAL PHONE CALLS CONCERNING URGENT MAINTENANCE NEEDS. THE PROBLEM STILL REMAINS UNFIXED THOUGH MANY CHANCES GIVEN WHEN CALLED TO REPAIR MINOR MAINTENANCE PROBLEMS. WITH THIS IN MIND RENT IS KIND OF ... more
