I have been pretty happy with the price and location. I am getting 2 bedrooms for what most of my friends are paying for one bedroom. It is really peaceful out here. I don't know of any car break-ins, which was a big problem at my last "luxury" apartment. Everyone hangs out at the pool in the summer and there are a lot of hills to sled on in the winter. If you have a dog, he is likely to make another doggie friend. The people in the office try to do resident appreciation events during the year, with a nice pool party in the summer.

Last summer the pool was green all summer long. I've lived here for two years in an upper level appartment. I'm not noisy at all and the appartment below me has gone through 4 renters since I've lived here. This is the worst appartment complex I have ever lived in and I will not be renewing my lease. I'm glad your happy, but it won't last as long as you live here.
