I have lived in Woodstream on 3 seperate occasions - each for about 6 months, in both 1br and 2 br.
Quality - very good for the price.
I paid about the same a few miles away and the place was so bad I moved back to Woodstream again!
Location - quiet, little traffic.
Perfect if you work in western Gboro or attend Guilford College.
Close proximity (<10mi) to plenty of resteraunts, stores, I-40, etc.
Landscaping is one of the high points.
Very pleasant with flowers/trees/birds and bees, etc.
However, there has been increased development in the areas surrounding Woodstream recently.
Overall - live here if you need a solid, sufficient apt that is also affordable!

Where do you live? not in the same Woodstream I do, because the quality is very poor, the location is next to a high way being built which I was not informed of when I moved in. The landscaping is a joke coming from a landscaper, they do not know what they're doing, and god help us if we need maintainance, my smoke alarm was broken for 2 years and it took 8 requests to get it fixed. So where do you live? |

Why would you live somewhere you hate so much for 2 years? There's plenty of other apartments in greensboro? I just don't get it!
