These apartments seem nice at first, but it is a terrible surprise to find out what really goes on. During the first few weeks of living at Woodstream, one of my neighbors was shot to death (right next to my parking spot) and another was raped. Not that these events happen often here, but it is still not a safe neighborhood. Maitenance was SUPPOSED to put extra locks on all the windows (that are perfect height to break into), but never got around to it. They were also supposed to fix the loose, wobbling stairs by my palce, and that was still not done when I moved out. The rent is WAY TOO HIGH for what you get and the pool and clubhouse are a joke! If you want to pay extraordinary prices for a dirty cave with no overhead lighting and water priced by square-footage, not actual useage, feel free. However, I would not reccomend this apartment complex to anyone. I mean, really, for the rent they charge at Woodstream, you might as well just go next door to Autumn Park, where all apts have security systems, theres a movie theater, gym, and a nice pool. One of my friends lives there, and paya about the same as I did at Woodstream...I feel like I was cheated out of all my rent money.
