What a joke!!

This place is a disaster! The office hours are suppose to be from 8-6, but its more like 9-4.
They NEVER answer the phone, the people in the office are a joke.
So they got a new office staff and after reading the other reviews their not any better than the previous office staff! The maintenance men are horrible.
The parking sucks.
You have to park in the handicapped spot if you want a parking spot thats close to you, bc all the others are filled.
People are always opening their car doors and hitting others doors.
When we moved in the walls were suppose to be repainted and the holes were suppose to be patched.
They did a horrible job it looks awful.
There are spider webs all outside of the apartment that have been requested to get cleaned and still haven't.
If you've got neighbors with a funking smell you will be able to smell it in your apartment.
The carpet is discusting! They cleaned it when we moved in, but now all the stains that were here from the previous person are coming back up.
I would never recommend this place to anymore.
The pool is pretty when its open and clean.
They close the pool so much because they are constantly treating it with the chemicals.
There is always some sort of bug in the apt! I have to check the bed before I lay in it just to make sure nothing has crawled in it.
And the area, its not so bad, its very convenient to most places but the complex is NOT safe and there are geese EVERYWHERE (and they leaves little presents behind ALL over the sidewalks).
A few weeks after we moved in there was a CRIME SCENE van in the parking lot investing something.
NOT a good sign! So obviously the area isn't very safe! I just can't wait to be out of this place! I hope this information was helpful and saves you from being stuck in a lease at a horrible complex! I wish we had looked around more before we decided on this apt.
