The only reason I'm living here is to save money after getting a job out of college.
Bad points:
Not safe for young female. Parking is horrible. Argessive breed dogs are not allowed but it seems everyone has them. Geese poop everywhere. Apt smells of Indian food and pet urine. Stairs going to second level apartments are wobbly; asked to be fixed 5mo. ago(this is a big law suit waiting to happen)! Frig has broken 4 times, AC went out twice, neighbors are loud and smoke illegal drugs out side the apartment! Had to call police on several occasions due to loud parties at pool and neighbors. Apts are dirty and very old, storage in kitchen is horrible. Walls have cracks and holes in them that have been patched. Walls in bathroom have been painted to only have pubic hair stuck in the paint! Closet light pulls come off constant and have broken several times; I have given up on getting them fixed therefore I leave chairs in closet to stand on to turn on lights or just leave the light on. I would not recommend this complex to anyone who wants to take pride in where they live or wants to feel safe. The entire place needs to be turned into section 8 housing.

Good points:
Staff is nice-but what's the use!

i does not need to be made into section 8. it needs to be bulldozed!
