Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
When i first moved into Woodstream it was quiet, safe and clean. Over the 3 years I was there the management did change (for the worse) and it seems they started letting some "unsavory characters" move in. Now you hear music bumping at all times of the night, beer bottles left in the parking lot and when a young lady got raped in the complex a year or so ago the only way we knew was from the news report!
